Are you a passionate and experienced Producer ready to make a significant impact in the dynamic world of mobile gaming? Jam City is seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting engaging live ops content and driving the success of our games.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Producer at Jam City, you’ll be at the heart of our game development process, collaborating closely with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and fellow producers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Live Ops Content Creation: Develop and execute exciting live ops content, including events, sales, and visually appealing assets that keep players engaged and coming back for more.
• Product Development & Launch: Manage and participate in cross-functional efforts to develop and execute comprehensive product development and launch plans.
• Innovation & Strategy: Generate innovative game and feature ideas based on deep product knowledge, player behavior analysis, and valuable feedback from our community and customer service teams.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data, build automated reports, and work with our analytics team to inform critical content and business decisions throughout the game development lifecycle and post-launch.
• Monetization Strategies: Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective monetization strategies that resonate with our audience.
• Product Improvement: Work with game teams to identify, test, measure, and improve high-impact product changes that drive growth in revenue, reach, and retention.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate relevant KPIs and updates to key stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and manage less experienced members of the team, fostering their growth and development.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with the following qualifications:

• A strong understanding of the mobile gaming landscape and free-to-play market trends.
• Proven experience in the game development process and game life cycle.
• Proficiency in data analysis (game/monetization analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A recognized operating and procedural leader with in-depth knowledge in specific areas or broad knowledge across many.
• Ability to identify team needs and opportunities and facilitate the development of complex solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5-8 years of progressively complex related experience.
