Position: IT Program/Project Manager – Drive Enterprise-Scale Innovation

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Program/Project Manager to spearhead complex, multi-site infrastructure deployments across our global enterprise clients. This role offers the opportunity to blend strategic leadership with hands-on project execution, making a real impact on the way businesses connect and operate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Define and drive enterprise-wide infrastructure programs, aligning them with strategic IT and business objectives. Develop roadmaps, manage budgets, track KPIs, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration across engineering, operations, services, sales, and marketing teams to ensure program success.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
• Project Management & Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including wireless and wired networks, backend systems, and software integrations. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Structured Project Approach: Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple technology domains, coordinating activities across various teams (engineering, construction, cabling, staging, testing).
• Documentation & Communication: Lead status meetings and maintain centralized project documentation. Ensure delivery of complete project closeout materials.
• Change & Scope Management: Implement structured change control processes to effectively manage scope, cost, and schedule impacts.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

We seek a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT programs and projects. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or any related field.
• PMP certification (required); ITIL, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications (a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in IT program and project management, with a strong focus on enterprise infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-site technology deployments.
• Deep technical knowledge of networking principles, systems integration, and IT operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with performance evaluation, change management, and risk mitigation.
