What You’ll Do as an Account Manager:
- Be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong relationships based on trust and mutual success.
- Proactively manage day-to-day communication, providing performance updates, addressing marketplace challenges, and offering strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals and maximize revenue potential across marketplaces, particularly on Amazon.
- Troubleshoot issues, anticipate potential obstacles, and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and implement innovative e-commerce and marketing strategies.
Is This You?
This role is a great fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Have solid experience in client-facing roles, e-commerce, or account management.
- Excel at managing multiple client relationships in an agency, consultancy, or customer service setting.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Are a strong team player, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Have a “customer-first” mindset and an innate ability to build trust with clients, teams, and leadership.
Bonus points if you have prior experience with Amazon or TikTok Shop’s e-commerce marketplaces!
