Your Impact:

  • Responding to and resolving time-sensitive support calls that directly impact patient care.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, expertly managing reported cases and collaborating with internal teams (R&D, Technical Response, Systems Engineering, etc.) to drive swift resolutions.
  • Meticulously documenting all reported incidents, accurately capturing scope issues, and gathering essential information and logs.
  • Efficiently managing a ticket backlog of approximately 20-30 cases.
  • Troubleshooting issues on production RIS and PACS radiology systems, utilizing your expertise in technologies like Local & Wide Area Networks, Windows Servers and workstations, enterprise-class hardware & storage systems, and Oracle databases.
  • Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and systems administration tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting your colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer service.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (Server and Workstation)
  • 2+ years of TCP/IP network operation experience
  • 2+ years of Active Directory operation and troubleshooting experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a technical environment
  • 2+ years of experience working in Windows Command Line
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, within shifts that range between 5:00am-1:30pm Pacific to 9:30am-6:00pm Pacific
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-year Diploma program in Information Technology
  • Proficiency in Windows command line, PowerShell
  • Experience in at least one programming language
  • Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI model
  • CCNA โ€“ Cisco Certified Network Associate certification
  • Experience working in a Support Center
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Active Directory
  • Experience providing technical support in a collaborative environment
