Sr. Software Engineer – Frontend

Veza is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in building and enhancing the user interface of our flagship product, Access Intelligence. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing startup at the forefront of identity and access management.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft intuitive and engaging UI features using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Ensure code quality and reliability through comprehensive unit testing (Jest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress).
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to deliver high-quality features, tests, and bug fixes.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to tackle challenging problems and drive innovation.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, shaping the evolution of our codebase.
• Communicate effectively with other teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in writing well-tested frontend code with React and CSS.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with TypeScript in a React codebase.
• Solid understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience working with React hooks and general React state management.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous state management.
• Familiarity working with complex React State Management (Zustand, jotai, redux, etc).
• Experience & Knowledge of Storybook to document components.
• Understanding of nuances associated with providing consistent experience when the same entity with multiple actors involved.
• Experience with metrics and telemetry systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $154,000 – $210,000 USD (dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location), equity, and comprehensive benefits. Discuss your compensation expectations with our recruiter.
