Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by strategically targeting and categorizing potential clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, providing timely and insightful reports to management.
- Conduct in-depth account analysis to gain a thorough understanding of customer’s business needs, pain points, and priorities.
- Achieve sales and gross profit targets by confidently presenting the technical and commercial advantages of our products and differentiating them from the competition.
- Monitor market trends and provide insightful feedback to the management team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Secure favorable commercial and contractual terms by identifying risk-reduction opportunities and negotiating agreements.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to address customer concerns and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of success and a strong understanding of how to apply technical and product knowledge in real-world applications. Knowledge of Pneumatic systems, motion and fluid control is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, enabling you to identify and address challenges with innovative solutions.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to foster teamwork and growth.
- A strong sense of curiosity, the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
