Your Mission as an SDR

As an SDR at ShadowDragon, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and qualify promising accounts for our Enterprise Sales team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Spearheading outbound campaigns to connect with leaders in Corporate Security, Brand Protection, SLED, Fraud, and Intelligence.
  • Converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Sparking meaningful conversations that highlight the value of ShadowDragon’s solutions.

A Day in the Life

  • Proactively prospect and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers (e.g., VPs of Corporate Security, OSINT, Fraud, Compliance, Intelligence).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to develop targeted, account-based strategies for high-potential prospects and verticals.
  • Utilize modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and LUSHA to execute multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Partner with the marketing team to convert inbound leads, event contacts, and webinar attendees into valuable pipeline opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts, map buying committees, and craft personalized and relevant messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot to ensure transparency and collaboration across the sales organization.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

What We’re Looking For in Our Next SDR

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR or equivalent) โ€“ experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to break into enterprise accounts using a strategic, multi-threaded approach.
  • A curious, coachable, and resilient mindset โ€“ you’re eager to learn and embrace challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and articulate.
  • A solid understanding of how to position technology to solve real-world business problems (familiarity with cybersecurity challenges is a bonus).
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with an approximate on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000 – $130,000 per year.
