Join Alto Software Group as a Solutions Consultant

Are you a customer-focused problem solver with a passion for SaaS solutions? Alto Software Group, a leading B2B SaaS company powering over half of the UK’s housing transactions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Post-Sales Solutions Team. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to our London HQ and client sites.

The Opportunity: Your Impact

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the vital bridge between our cutting-edge product and our valued clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure our clients maximize the value of the Alto suite and achieve their business objectives. You’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding them through migrations, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion. What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Advocate: Understand client needs and design tailored software solutions.
  • Migration Master: Guide clients seamlessly to the Alto platform, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Success Driver: Conduct health checks, deliver value-added workshops, and implement adoption strategies.
  • Opportunity Identifier: Analyze data to identify upsell and new business opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Technical Problem Solver: Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical guidance.
  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Product Evangelist: Deliver engaging demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting).
  • Consultative Approach: Deep dedication to root cause analysis and client support.
  • Product Acumen: Solid understanding of Alto CRM with eagerness to master our ecosystem.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the estate agency sector and workflows is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication, translating technical features into business value.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, and Zendesk.
