Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Guidance: Facilitate and guide business leaders through early-stage project definition, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Project Mastery: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and proactively address transformation risks with innovative solutions.
- Framework Expertise: Strategically leverage our Transformation framework to lead key activities, including business process optimization, future-state definition, and stakeholder analysis.
- Governance & Confidentiality: Manage project governance, confidentiality commitments, and required clearances with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Excellence: Oversee communications activities, manage stakeholder engagement, implement change management interventions, and lead communications resources.
- Collaboration & Synergy: Identify interdependencies, foster collaboration, and leverage synergies to maximize downstream impacts.
- Solution-Oriented Leadership: Lead solutioning efforts with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Implementation: Guide functional and change leaders in developing and implementing strategic recommendations to enhance operational excellence and business model enhancements.
- Problem-Solving Facilitation: Facilitate targeted deep-dive sessions to enable effective problem-solving and informed decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Serve as a thought leader, driving the continual improvement of our transformation and change management framework based on project learnings.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor junior transformation resources, sharing best practices and valuable insights gained from past experiences.

- Project Management Prowess: Proven experience in project management, including the implementation of project management tools and best practices.

- Process Optimization Skills: Expertise in business process optimization, facilitating effective conversations and guiding project teams through implementation.
- Decision-Making Facilitation: Ability to guide executive-level decision-making, translate business goals into actionable projects, and build consensus.
- Executive Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and engage thoughtfully with executive-level stakeholders, implementing feedback strategically.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and escalate risks, recommend effective solutions, and mitigate potential downstream impacts.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in transformation, project management, and/or change management roles, leading large-scale projects.
