What You’ll Do

As our Channel Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and impact by fostering strong partnerships across the Americas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head of Channel Sales in developing and executing partnership strategies in the Americas.
  • Providing timely and accurate quotes and pricing information to our valued partners.
  • Managing the deal registration process efficiently and effectively.
  • Taking ownership of targeted regions, implementing a channel-first approach to drive growth.
  • Identifying, cultivating, and qualifying sales leads within your assigned regions, seamlessly distributing these opportunities to our reseller network.
  • Building and nurturing lasting relationships with key resellers, empowering them to operate independently while aligning with Bitwarden’s strategic objectives.
  • Delivering engaging technical and sales training to emerging partnerships, equipping them with the knowledge and tools for success.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that amplify brand awareness and drive sales through our channel partners.
  • Conducting impactful sales calls with partners and potential customers, providing product expertise and supporting the sales process.
  • Maintaining a detailed regional partner plan, mapping partner strengths (customer relationships, vertical focus, technology specialty) to key accounts and target opportunities.

What You Bring to Bitwarden

We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual with the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • A proven track record of consistent success in a quota-based sales role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in partner development, account management, or channel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with resellers.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience tracking and managing lead flow between partners and internal sales teams, proactively communicating pipeline updates and forecasts to leadership.
  • Experience working closely with marketing to deliver impactful marketing events, programs, and campaigns that generate interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
  • Proven ability to build and execute joint partner business plans with measurable success.

Compensation & Benefits

In the United States, the starting base compensation range for this role is $55,000 – $100,000, plus uncapped variable compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on level, relevant experience, and skill set as assessed in the interview process, as well as market data by location. See our careers page for a list of benefits.
