Your Impact as a Healthcare Advisory Manager

As a key member of our advisory team, you’ll play a crucial role in leading and managing significant workstreams and projects. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering high-quality data analysis, and developing impactful recommendations. You will actively collaborate with a team of expert consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and effective healthcare landscape.

• Determine client needs in terms of the engagement statement of work
• Lead, guide, complete and provide quality assurance over data analyses
• Interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations
• Develop final recommendations and solutions for client consideration
• Develop deliverables and presentation materials for various audiences
• Assist in the implementation of recommended improvements
• Assist and manage risk and issues with project leadership
• Manage project or workstream economics and project administrative activities and logistics
• Participate and oversee all aspects of the workstream or project assigned
• Provide mentorship and guidance to all staff working with them on projects
• Build strong, referenceable client relationships
• Participate in Premier internal activities including practice development and educational opportunities
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects
• Create value through meaningful client relationship management, solution development, and implementation delivery
• Create a positive team environment by enriching staff skills and knowledge
• Create value for the Advisory practice through meaningful participation in practice-related activities

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage projects or workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, providing quality assurance and mentoring team members.
• Develop and present clear, concise recommendations and solutions to diverse audiences.
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Contribute to the growth of our advisory practice through active participation in internal initiatives.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, finance, operations, or strategic planning.
• A Bachelor’s degree (required).
• A Master’s degree, RN license, other clinical area professional license, PMP or Lean certification is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• A strong understanding of healthcare systems and their challenges.
