The Opportunity:

As a Compensation Analyst II, you will play a vital role in ensuring our compensation programs are competitive, fair, and compliant. You will collaborate with HR leaders, recruiters, and managers to maintain and analyze compensation structures that support our global workforce.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions and compensation data.
  • Partner with HR, recruiting, and managers to provide timely salary ranges and expert guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA standards and conduct regular audits of job classifications and pay structures.
  • Perform in-depth market analysis, salary surveys, and reporting to maintain IGT’s competitive edge in compensation.
  • Support the annual compensation planning process.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, analytics, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of proven experience in compensation.
  • Strong understanding of FLSA classifications, compensation principles, and market benchmarking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems is highly preferred (Payfactor and Radford experience a major plus!).
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

We believe your compensation should reflect your unique contributions. Our starting compensation range for this position is $33.00 – $38.00 per hour, with potential for adjustment based on experience, skills, and location.
