What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will be a vital partner to our Product Management team, contributing to the development, management, and optimization of our diverse product portfolio. You’ll delve into market research, analyze product performance, and provide invaluable insights that drive product decisions. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Uncovering market trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence through in-depth market research.
• Analyzing customer needs, preferences, and feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
• Creating compelling market analysis reports and presentations.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance.
• Identifying areas for product improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
• Generating regular reports on product performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collecting and analyzing data from customer feedback, sales data, usage metrics, and other sources.
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to track product performance and trends.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to Product Management and other stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product development and delivery.
• Participating in user testing to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance product management processes and methodologies.
• Implementing best practices and tools to improve product management efficiency.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices.
• Communicating product insights, analysis, and recommendations effectively.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

• Base Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $127,000.00
