This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity designed for finance professionals who want to leverage their Investment Banking experience to shape the future of AI, while maintaining existing career or academic commitments. Imagine playing a pivotal role in training AI to understand the intricacies of the financial world.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking or related Corporate Finance areas (M&A, ECM, DCM, Restructuring).
• Proven experience in the end-to-end deal process, from initial pitch to successful execution.
• Mastery of financial modelling and valuation using Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong summarization and written communication skills.
• Native or near-native fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• The ability to work independently and thrive in an asynchronous environment.
• A genuine passion for AI and its potential for automation in finance.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Analyze and summarize complex Investment Banking workflows, including pitchbooks, financial models, and due diligence documents.
• Label and annotate financial data points and workflows to effectively train Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop, adapt, and annotate financial models, highlighting key logical components for AI learning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine annotation guidelines and ensure high-quality data for AI training.
