What You’ll Do: Drive Growth and Build Relationships

As a VAS Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key suppliers, customers, and vendors. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales growth and identify new market opportunities. This includes:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key individuals at target companies.
  • Implementing strategic business development initiatives.
  • Providing market intelligence and evaluating market-specific sales strategies.
  • Managing new strategic business opportunities.
  • Ensuring execution of sales growth plans through demand identification and creation.

Work Arrangement: Remote Flexibility

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. However, you must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by leadership.

Compensation and Location

Annual Hiring Range: $151,600.00 – $200,200.00

Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills. The base pay to target incentive ratio will be finalized at the offer stage.

Location: US-CA-California (Remote Employees)

Remote employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request.
