Join Our Team as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Advocate!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and fluent in both Spanish and English? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company for our Spanish-speaking clientele, building relationships and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Your Mission: Elevate the Customer Experience

As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding support in both Spanish and English, answering inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
  • Guiding customers through product and service-related questions, offering effective troubleshooting and order assistance.
  • Efficiently managing customer accounts, processing requests, updating information, and meticulously documenting all interactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively.
  • Consistently exceeding customer expectations by providing timely, friendly, and solution-oriented service.
  • Achieving and surpassing performance goals related to response time, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting your colleagues.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone who embodies the following:

  • Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Proven experience in customer service, a call center environment, or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness, including proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • An unwavering commitment to detail and a genuine passion for putting the customer first.
