About the Role: Product Manager, Revolving Credit

We’re seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building world-class solutions for revolving credit. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in defining and delivering product features that empower our clients to efficiently manage financial products built around revolving credit. What You’ll Do: Your Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Identify and prioritize needs for new products and features based on internal insights, market trends, and customer demands.
• Develop and execute a product roadmap, incorporating input from stakeholders and aligning with the company’s overall strategy.
• Conduct continuous discovery to ensure our products and platform are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our users.
• Create clear and concise user stories and epics, designing user workflows and mapping interaction data.
• Write comprehensive product requirements documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clarifying product questions and addressing any inconsistencies during the development process.
• Gain a deep understanding of the features you’re requesting, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on restful APIs, events, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Perform SQL queries to extract data from databases without relying on the engineering team.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to requirements.
• Prioritize efforts based on executive committee direction and the product evolution plan.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to achieve strategic company objectives, while minimizing friction.
• Cultivate strong communication skills to effectively listen to and communicate needs and priorities to both internal and external clients, identifying areas for improvement.
• This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a Product Manager with the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Based in Brazil
• Advanced English (speaking)
• Experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in the financial market
• Knowledge of REST APIs (ability to make requests using tools like Postman)
• Proficiency in SQL queries
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Financial Math
• Knowledge in Microservices and events architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with revolving credit card products and the cards market
• Previous experience as a developer (beneficial for technical discussions)
• Experience with Revolving Credit Products outside of Brazil.
