As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, building relationships and driving revenue by connecting businesses with our game-changing solution.
Your Mission: Driving Growth and Building Partnerships
In this remote role, you’ll be a key player in expanding Fountain’s reach and impact. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and generate qualified B2B leads within our target industries.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients’ unique hiring challenges and expertly position Fountain’s solutions as the answer.
- Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demos that showcase the value of Fountain.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities and pipeline data within our CRM system.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:
- Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally within the SaaS or HR Tech space.
- A successful track record of managing the full sales cycle from end to end.
- Exceptional skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A knack for understanding client needs and translating them into effective solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
