Your Mission: Optimize and Scale Our Global Operations

As our Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of implementing and managing systems to optimize our entire operational flow, from initial order intake through production, inventory management, warehousing, and final delivery. You’ll be the vital link between our production teams, warehouses, and diverse sales channels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate stock levels, and scalable processes that support our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Implementation & Integration: Lead the selection and implementation of an inventory/ERP system tailored for the fashion industry (e.g., Zedonk, Uphance, Unleashed, or similar). Seamlessly integrate these systems with our Shopify stores to provide real-time stock visibility.
• Inventory & Warehousing Management: Oversee stock planning and control across our UK and US warehouses. Track both raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient allocation for all orders. Develop and implement robust processes for warehouse reporting, cycle counts, and dispatch tracking.
• Production Management: Manage the complete order lifecycle, from initial Shopify order to factory production, warehousing, and ultimately, customer delivery. Proactively ensure timelines are met for both made-to-order and stock orders, closely monitoring production progress and proactively flagging any potential risks or delays.
• Logistics & Fulfillment Optimization: Collaborate with our shipping partners to guarantee efficient and cost-effective global delivery. Standardize and continuously optimize fulfillment processes for both stock and custom orders.
• Reporting & Planning: Develop insightful dashboards and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock levels, production status, order fulfillment rates, and delivery timelines. Work collaboratively with leadership to forecast demand and strategically plan production capacity.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in fashion operations management (bridal, luxury, or apparel industries are highly preferred).
• A strong background in the successful implementation of inventory or ERP systems, with prior experience in fashion ERP implementations being a significant advantage.
• A hands-on understanding of fashion production cycles, including both made-to-order and stock production models.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating across multiple countries, factories, and warehouses.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and a comfortable understanding of Shopify integrations.
• The ability to work independently, manage global teams remotely, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
