About the Opportunity

As a YouTube Scriptwriter, you’ll be at the forefront of creating engaging and informative content that educates the world about the alternative paths to success that CourseCareers offers. You’ll leverage your expertise in AI to craft compelling talking-head video scripts that resonate with our audience and drive results. This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact.

Your Mission: 100 High-Impact Scripts Per Month

Your primary responsibility will be to produce 100 high-quality, educational YouTube video scripts each month, utilizing the latest AI best practices. Imagine writing scripts for videos with titles like:

• What is Procurement? (Supply Chain for Beginners)
• FASTEST Way to Learn Supply Chain and ACTUALLY Get a Job
• How to get your first AutoCAD Drafting job in 2025 (Starting From Zero)
• Finally, an Online Certification That’s More Valuable Than a Degree (seriously, MUCH MORE)

Most videos will range from 7 to 15 minutes in length, providing ample opportunity to dive deep into valuable career insights.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a true AI power user, constantly exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI tools for research, writing, and automation.
• Has proven experience using AI to write long-form content, ideally including YouTube scripts.
• Is comfortable writing 5 completed scripts per day, achieving the target of 100 scripts per month.
• Possesses native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing skills.
• Has a deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm and audience retention techniques.

Rewarding Your Contribution

We value your hard work and dedication. Here’s how we compensate our YouTube Scriptwriter:

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: You’ll be eligible for a share of the monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers generates from YouTube. Your contribution will directly impact your bonus, which can range from $0 to $5,000+ per month.
