About the Role: Master Product Data Steward

As a Product Operations Associate, you will be the linchpin of our product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems. You’ll own the Master Product List, managing the entire lifecycle of our digital and physical products. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you’ll collaborate closely with Content, Supply Chain, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to maintain data integrity and streamline our product workflows. This is a critical role that directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional educational resources to our users.

Key Responsibilities: Your Impact

• Lead a vital Data Cleanup Project: Own and manage the clean-up of our Master Product List across Excel, Salesforce, and NetSuite, including auditing, reviewing, cleaning, and implementing data improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Curriculum, Content, Supply Chain, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure accurate product scoping, tracking, and maintenance.
• Data Integrity Champion: Implement and enforce robust product data hygiene practices; identify and resolve discrepancies, outdated information, or process inefficiencies; collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure only validated products are available in quoting tools.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate and resolve errors before they escalate, bringing an auditor’s mindset to every task.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise

We’re looking for a passionate individual with:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, finance, product management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business needs.
• A proactive problem-solving approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and digital collaboration tools. Expertise in XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, and IMPORTRANGE is essential. SQL experience is a plus.
