Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for cultivating key client relationships and driving revenue growth? Sensata Technologies, a global leader in industrial technology, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Owner to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence within key strategic accounts.
About the Role
As the Global Account Owner, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing comprehensive sales plans for both new and existing opportunities. You’ll lead a cross-regional sales team, working collaboratively to penetrate key accounts and build lasting partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering in-depth information about key accounts to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Developing a deep understanding of clients’ strategic business challenges and priorities to align our solutions with their needs.
- Leading your team in analyzing client information, prioritizing opportunities, and developing targeted sales strategies.
- Overseeing professional sales coordination and account planning processes, resolving any potential account ownership issues.
- Managing the creation of compelling proposals, account plans, and accurate sales forecasts/reports.
- Effectively managing and developing a sales team consisting of both direct and indirect reports.
