About the Role

As a System Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our Windows-based infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and workstations, ensuring network security, and providing exceptional technical support to both our internal teams and external clients. You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based team, maintaining alignment with Eastern Time (EST/EDT). Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and workstation environments.
• Manage domain controllers, network connectivity, and security protocols effectively.
• Ensure data availability through monitoring and maintenance of our cloud backup systems.
• Provide top-notch technical support to internal teams and external clients.
• Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly and efficiently.
• Configure and manage firewalls, ports, and high-availability network setups.
• Assemble, upgrade, and maintain desktop computers and related hardware.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly motivated individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Fluent English (C1+): Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
• 3+ Years of IT Experience: Proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Windows Expertise: Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2022.
• Networking Proficiency: Strong understanding of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Active Directory Experience: Familiarity with domain environments and Active Directory.
• Troubleshooting Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-Directed: Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Remote Work Ready: Comfortable working in a remote environment with accountability tools.
• Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work aligned with Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
