Content Marketing Manager: Shape Our Brand Story

Are you a passionate storyteller with a knack for crafting compelling content that drives results? Airship is seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to own and execute our end-to-end content marketing strategy. This is a highly strategic role with immense potential for creativity, innovation, and impactful contributions to our growth.

As a key member of our team, you’ll create engaging content that fuels demand, strengthens our brand, and solidifies our position as the trusted partner for global enterprises. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a creative spark and a data-driven approach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of content across diverse channels, including our website, blog, social media, video platforms, webinars, and more.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports demand generation, thought leadership initiatives, customer marketing campaigns, and brand positioning efforts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with product marketing, growth, sales, and strategy consultants to deliver content that resonates with customer needs at every stage of their journey.
  • Create high-value assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and compelling campaign creative.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats, with a particular focus on video and visually-driven content, to expand our storytelling reach and engage new audiences.
  • Leverage SEO, analytics, and AI Optimization (AIO) techniques to maximize visibility and discoverability in the age of generative AI.
  • Apply visual design skills to enhance the impact and consistency of content across all channels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or marketing technology environment.
  • A proven track record of building and managing a content engine from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with experience creating engaging content in various formats.
  • Familiarity with AIO (AI Optimization) and its impact on content discoverability and reach.
  • Visual design skills (e.g., layout, branding, and creative design tools) to bring campaigns to life.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools โ€“ or a strong desire to learn!

Bonus Points:

  • Experience creating or managing video content.

Work Environment:

This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or at your manager’s request.

Compensation & Benefits:

Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. The starting base pay range for this position is: $100,000 – $120,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Airship believes that employees should have the opportunity to benefit from value-creation, so equity is also offered with this role. In addition, Airship offers a robust benefits package as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
