What You’ll Do: Your Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth communication and project alignment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending client meetings alongside our Delivery Head, capturing detailed and insightful notes.
• Translating complex client discussions into clear, concise documentation and actionable tasks for our development team.
• Facilitating effective communication of both technical and business requirements to the dev team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Assisting in the creation of weekly plans, task breakdowns, and insightful progress reports.
• Developing a strong understanding of our products and their technical features to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Serving as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and our talented technical teams.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of requirements and changes throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

What You Bring to the Table: Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or internship (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• A foundational understanding of software development processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements and technical discussions with precision and clarity.
• Familiarity with common technical jargon and project tracking tools.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills – a natural collaborator!
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
