The Opportunity: Your Role as CRM Consultant
As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you are the engine that brings sophisticated CRM strategies to life. While you’ll collaborate closely with strategists (both internal and client-side), your primary focus is the meticulous planning, flawless execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns. You’ll be the expert hand configuring and leveraging platforms like Braze to deliver impactful communications across email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, WhatsApp, and more.
You’ll partner directly with our clients, translating strategic blueprints into tangible initiatives that drive measurable results. Your guidance will be crucial for the project team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient delivery, and ultimately, exceptional client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
- Champion the execution of advanced CRM initiatives within the Braze platform for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Configure, customize, and optimize the Braze platform to precisely implement agreed-upon marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Design, build, and deploy highly targeted and engaging marketing campaigns using Braze’s powerful messaging capabilities.
- Master Braze’s segmentation and personalization features to ensure campaigns resonate deeply with specific audience segments.
- Collaborate effectively with strategy teams and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless alignment between strategic vision and operational execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and developing tailored solutions that deliver lasting value.
- Manage and analyze complex datasets to uncover insights into customer behavior and evolving trends.
- Become a recognized expert in the Braze platform, continuously exploring and implementing innovative features to elevate client success.
- Create clear, relevant documentation and reporting, including measuring and communicating the performance metrics of executed campaigns.
What You Bring: Skills & Experience
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A proven track record with 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist or equivalent role within the CRM space.
- Deep expertise working with leading Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms like Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Meticulous attention to detail is second nature, especially when it comes to QAing CRM campaigns, integrations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and best practices.
- A strong understanding of the principles and practices of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with relational databases and data structures.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, honed through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency or client-facing role).
- Prior experience working within an agency setting or consistently in client-facing roles.
- An excellent command of English (C1 level or above).
Bonus Points: Skills That Impress
- Braze Certifications (such as Practitioner or Marketer).
- Extensive, hands-on experience demonstrating advanced proficiency specifically with the Braze platform.
- Experience with data analysis leveraging SQL.
