Your Mission: Drive Client Success & Strategic Growth
As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of client success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading impactful weekly strategy sessions with a portfolio of high-revenue
Amazon brands, setting clear direction and ensuring successful execution of our
proven systems.
- Serving as a lead troubleshooter and strategist, expertly navigating complex
Amazon Seller Central challenges and guiding clients through critical
brand growth initiatives.
- Meticulously tracking project progress, identifying roadblocks, and defining clear, actionable next steps to keep clients on track.
- Providing timely and expert support to clients via Slack and Email, becoming their trusted
Amazon advisor.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of our proprietary consulting frameworks and
proven systems, shaping how we deliver value.
- Participating in valuable weekly training sessions and team collaboration meetings to stay sharp and connected.
What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking an elite
Amazon expert with a proven track record of driving significant results for
e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate possesses:
- Minimum of 3+ years of extensive hands-on
Amazon FBA brand management experience
, specifically leading and managing Private Label brands generating $10M+ in annual revenue. - Deep mastery of
Amazon Organic Ranking strategies, including advanced
product launch techniques, sophisticated keyword strategies, and a nuanced understanding of the Amazon algorithm’s intricacies.
- Expert-level proficiency in
Amazon PPC strategy formulation and execution, with demonstrable experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50k+, optimizing for both scale and profitability (ACoS/TACOS).
- A strong command of
e-commerce backend operations, including optimizing COGs, a deep understanding of Amazon fees, effective
inventory management (forecasting, turns), and driving
profitability improvements at the P&L level.
- Exceptional
Amazon Catalog management and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and swiftly resolve complex listing issues, variations, brand registry problems, etc.
- Advanced proficiency navigating and optimizing processes within
Amazon Seller Central with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Excellent
project management and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies, provide concise updates, and guide clients effectively towards their goals.
- A proactive, highly organized, client-focused, and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
