Making Your Mark: What You’ll Do

As our Casino Content Editor, your contributions will be crucial to our success. Here’s a glimpse into the impact you’ll make:

Serve as the quality guardian for all North American commercial content published across our platforms, ensuring it meets our high standards and brand voice.

Collaborate closely with freelance writers, providing clear briefs and managing the content production process to meet key deadlines.

Utilize your sharp eye for detail to proofread, line edit, and write compelling original copy that resonates with our audience, maintaining clarity and our signature tone.

Drive content optimization by leveraging user data and adhering strictly to SEO best practices. This includes meticulously verifying casino bonuses for accuracy and keeping pages perpetually current.

Become an expert user of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and SurferSEO to conduct thorough keyword research and strategic placement, significantly enhancing our search engine rankings.

Analyze content performance using analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, extracting actionable insights and presenting findings to inform and refine future content strategy.

Develop and meticulously track key success metrics (KPIs) for content effectiveness, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring the latest online casino industry trends, developments, and regulations to ensure all content is accurate, timely, and compliant.

Proactively identify and propose innovative ideas for audience engagement and market expansion, using your skills and keen insight.

What You’ll Bring: Your Profile

We’re looking for a combination of technical skill, editorial excellence, and a collaborative spirit:

Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and language. (Bonus points for French language skills).

Proven experience in content editing for the web, ideally in a relevant or similar industry.

Hands-on SEO experience from a previous role, coupled with experience using content metrics to measure and validate performance.

A self-motivated and adaptable professional with a “can-do” attitude, comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A genuine team player mentality – we value friendly people who excel in collaborative settings.

An improvement mindset, constantly striving to learn, develop, and proactively embrace feedback.

Prior experience using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress or Contentful is a significant plus.

2nd: A deeper dive conversation with the hiring team (Content Manager and Sr. Content Editor).

3rd: A practical editing assignment to showcase your skills. You’ll have 3-5 days to complete this.
