The Opportunity

Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of live events and ticketing? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Operations Team as an Operations Fulfillment Specialist. This is an Entry Level position where you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of tickets to our Members and their customers. Working closely with the team and leveraging our in-house automation tools, you’ll be the go-to person for handling ticket supply chain logistics, order fulfillment, and providing exceptional support via phone and email. This role is a unique blend of customer service, operational advocacy, and system management within a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll be integral to keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately executing all fulfillment processes and protocols by diligently monitoring sales across a multitude of marketplaces (14+).
  • Applying knowledge of marketplace and primary ticketing policies to process orders correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining familiarity with our internal tools, industry automation trends, and best practices in inventory management.
  • Providing direct support to end-consumers throughout their purchasing and fulfillment journey.
  • Managing and prioritizing communications, responding quickly and professionally to emails and phone calls in a fast-paced setting.
  • Assisting our Members with diverse support requests, including researching and resolving common issues.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams and knowing when to escalate requests appropriately.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with Members through open communication to enhance their overall experience.
  • Following up on client requests diligently to ensure satisfactory resolutions are achieved.
  • Consistently exceeding department standards for service quality.

  • Able to demonstrate impeccable judgment and discretion in interpersonal interactions and sensitive situations.
  • Capable of managing stressful and/or high-profile situations calmly and effectively.
  • Self-disciplined and committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion, especially regarding sensitive information.
  • Equipped with strong decision-making skills and sound judgment.
  • A flexible, reliable, and collaborative team player, supporting both your immediate team and the wider company goals.
  • Possessing strong communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal), coupled with active listening abilities.
  • Adept at time management and prioritizing tasks efficiently, even when working independently within defined parameters.
  • Skilled at identifying problems, understanding their root causes, and proposing potential solutions while maintaining day-to-day operational flow.
  • Knowledge of both the primary and secondary markets within the ticketing industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems, experience managing ticket inventory, and/or using third-party ticketing software is a plus.
