Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

• Refine and Optimize Processes: Take ownership of internal accounting processes, structuring and improving workflows to support controlled growth and efficiency as we scale globally.

• Drive Audit Success: Play a key role in supporting and managing external audit engagements, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Manage Core Accounting Operations: Execute critical end-to-end accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, tax filings, payroll processing, and intercompany transactions. Prepare consolidated financial statements.

• Deliver Financial Insights: Prepare accurate and consistent internal and external financial reports to support informed decision-making across the organization.

• Enhance Financial Systems: Contribute to the implementation, optimization, and utilization of our ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar localized platforms) to improve accounting operations.

• Champion Innovation: Identify opportunities and drive the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency across finance tasks.

• Ensure Compliance & Adaptability: Navigate a dynamic environment, ensuring financial compliance while remaining flexible, adaptive, and proactive.

What You Bring to the Table

• A professional degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar relevant field.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – a must for effective collaboration in our global team.

• Solid hands-on experience across core operational accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

• Experience working with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or other relevant accounting platforms.

• A forward-thinking approach with comfort or eagerness to explore and utilize AI tools to streamline financial processes.

• 2-3 years of progressive experience managing end-to-end accounting processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, tax, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
