The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and experienced Senior Scrum Master to play a pivotal role in our continued growth and expansion. This position calls for a professional with a strong Agile mindset and a solid background in IT project environments. You will be instrumental in guiding distributed teams, collaborating closely with US-based stakeholders, and ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery using best-in-class Agile practices.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Scrum Master at Blend360, you will be at the heart of our team’s success. Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading and facilitating all essential Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure team rhythm and effectiveness.

Serving as a dedicated servant-leader and Agile coach, fostering adherence to Agile principles and championing a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Collaborating closely with Product Owners to support thorough backlog refinement and ensure clear alignment on sprint goals.

Monitoring team progress, managing velocity, and proactively identifying and removing impediments or potential risks that could impact timelines or scope.

Utilizing tools like JIRA to track key project metrics, report on team performance, and ensure transparency.

What You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role and contribute to our dynamic teams, you should possess:

3+ years of experience actively serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

Deep understanding and practical application of various Agile methodologies and frameworks.

Proven experience managing projects within IT environments, particularly in exciting domains like AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, essential for working with distributed and US-based teams.

Experience working effectively with US-based teams.

Fluency in both written and verbal English is essential for seamless communication with our global teams and stakeholders.

Relevant certifications (CSM, PMP, etc.) are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional development. Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid approaches is also considered beneficial.
