About the Opportunity: Delivery Manager, Engineering

Are you a driver of technical execution? We’re looking for a passionate Delivery Manager to join our Engineering team. Your mission: accelerate the delivery of high-quality software across multiple engineering teams. You’ll be the critical link between Product and Engineering, building scalable delivery systems, fostering crucial cross-functional alignment, and proactively removing obstacles that hinder progress. This is a hands-on role where your technical understanding meets exceptional project leadership, enabling our teams to consistently deliver impactful features with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Technical Delivery

As our Delivery Manager, you will:

• Own the Delivery Pipeline: Plan, champion, and oversee the end-to-end execution of critical engineering initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and perfectly aligned with Nivoda’s strategic priorities.
• Champion Agile Excellence: Refine and evolve our Agile/Scrum methodologies and rituals (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Establish clear tracking mechanisms for predictable, transparent execution.
• Advise on Engineering Practices: Leverage your DevOps awareness and technical depth to recommend improvements to our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure processes, and developer workflows, promoting operational excellence.
• Foster Cross-Functional Harmony: Proactively engage with Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams. Build strong relationships, ensure seamless collaboration, and drive alignment across departments.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner and guide for Engineering and Product leadership. Facilitate decision-making, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned.
• Navigate Planning & Risk: Support capacity planning aligned with roadmap objectives. Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate strategically to keep initiatives on track.
• Define & Track Key Metrics: Establish and monitor crucial delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, velocity). Build data-driven dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance for all stakeholders.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze and optimize delivery processes. Connect execution outcomes to the bigger picture, strategically identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.

What You’ll Bring: Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 5+ years in technical delivery management, program management, or engineering operations, ideally within a fast-paced, product-centric technology environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps concepts and tooling (CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability), with the ability to influence best practices.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven track record managing delivery across multiple engineering teams (squads).
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-visibility initiatives under demanding timelines.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills—you excel at building consensus and surfacing critical decisions among diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with delivery management tools like Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar platforms.
• A data-driven mindset, comfortable defining, interpreting, and acting upon delivery metrics (KPIs).
• Strong strategic thinking ability to connect day-to-day execution with overarching business outcomes and balance speed with risk awareness.
