What You’ll Be Doing

As our iGaming QA Specialist, you will play a critical role throughout the entire development lifecycle. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Diving deep into user stories, use cases, and requirements to understand the core functionality and identify testable areas.
• Designing and developing comprehensive test scenarios and test cases that cover all angles of our products.
• Executing rigorous testing across our diverse portfolio, spanning Casino Games, Platform features, and vital third-party Integrations.
• Collaborating seamlessly with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and continuous feedback loop.
• Accurately estimating testing efforts and strategically prioritizing defects for the fastest resolution.
• Performing various critical testing types, including functionality, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identifying, documenting, and meticulously tracking software defects and inconsistencies using our preferred bug tracking tools.
• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility by testing on a range of operating systems and devices.
• Conducting crucial beta version checks before official game launches.
• Providing valuable input and suggesting improvements to enhance player experience and usability.
• Managing and tracking different software versions, from bug fixes to official game releases.
• Supporting smooth production releases and offering essential post-launch quality assurance.
• Contributing to our knowledge base by documenting test progress, results, and helping shape our QA best practices.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience specifically in testing products within the iGaming industry, ideally with a focus on slot games.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with established Quality Assurance processes and working within an Agile development environment.
• Knowledgeable in usability and User Interface (UI) testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A strong understanding of game mechanics relevant to the iGaming market.
• Familiarity with common game engines is a plus.
• Proficiency with popular test and project management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with testing APIs, specifically using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with Gitlab is considered a valuable asset.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, paired with strong, effective communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence positively.
• The ability to work effectively as a freelancer and hold a valid work permit.
