In this pivotal role, often acting as a “mini-CFO” for our Financial Health organization, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our financial processes, driving performance, enhancing profitability, and delivering critical financial insights to the General Manager. What You’ll Do
As the Head of Financial Operations, you will be at the heart of our operational success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead P&L management and provide regular, insightful financial updates.
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, leveraging data and financial analysis to inform critical decisions.
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across various functional areas, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and achievement of shared goals.
Partner closely with the sales team on pipeline reviews and pricing strategies.
Manage operational budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
Establish, monitor, and report on key operational and financial KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the development of innovative financial strategies that support future growth and expansion.
Prepare and present in-depth financial analysis for executive reviews, board meetings, and investor communications.
Champion collaboration and knowledge sharing across all levels of the organization.
Ensure the efficient delivery of revenue cycle services and technology solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring

Proven track record in a senior leadership position, ideally within operations or business management.
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams.
