The Opportunity: Lead and Prospect in Global Markets

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – SDR to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to our international pipeline generation efforts across DACH, French, and English-speaking markets, while also taking on a vital role in coaching and developing our next generation of SDRs.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Team Lead – SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth story, directly impacting our success. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving outbound success: You will design and execute high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns across various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and engage key prospects, consistently generating high-quality leads for our Account Executives.

Mastering qualification: Skillfully qualify inbound leads and manage the process through to scheduling crucial discovery meetings.

Multilingual engagement: Conduct compelling and culturally relevant outreach in German, English, and French, effectively communicating our value proposition to diverse international audiences.

Strategic collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously refine our messaging, target ideal customer profiles, and optimize campaign performance.

Leveraging technology: Expertly utilize our tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach, to efficiently manage your pipeline, track activities, and report on results.

Leading and developing: Actively coach, mentor, and train junior SDRs, sharing best practices in prospecting tactics, objection handling, and crafting effective outreach. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new team members and supporting broader sales training initiatives.

Analyzing and optimizing: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze outreach data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement to maximize conversion rates and engagement.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:

Proven Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on SDR experience within the B2B SaaS or technology sector, demonstrating a strong track record of success.

Outbound Expertise: A demonstrated ability to consistently generate a qualified sales pipeline through strategic and effective cold outreach methods.

Leadership Potential: While not strictly required, prior experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding other SDRs is a significant advantage.

Multilingual Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German, English, and French are essential for success in our target markets.

Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge and practical experience with leading sales engagement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach).

Market Adaptability: Comfort and skill in navigating different international markets and tailoring messaging to resonate with diverse audiences.

Self-Motivation & Drive: A genuine self-starter attitude with high energy, strong accountability, and a proactive growth mindset.
