Marketing Manager, BENELUX – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

Unleash Regional Growth: Drive Demand Generation and Pipeline in BENELUX

Abnormal Security is on the hunt for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead our demand generation and field marketing efforts across the vibrant BENELUX region. This pivotal role operates at the intersection of field, channel, and revenue marketing, directly impacting our growth by creating qualified pipeline, accelerating deal cycles, and boosting brand awareness.

You won’t just be executing logistics; you’ll be a strategic revenue partner. Working hand-in-hand with regional sales teams (leaders, SDRs, AEs) and valued channel partners, you will conceive and launch localised, data-driven campaigns that resonate with key accounts and segments. This is your opportunity to own regional pipeline generation and become a critical leader in achieving our business objectives.

What You’ll Own & Drive: Key Responsibilities

As our Marketing Manager for BENELUX, you will:

  • Own Regional Pipeline Targets: Be directly responsible for generating net-new and expansion pipeline that aligns precisely with the region’s revenue goals through strategic, multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Design & Execute Integrated Campaigns: Develop and roll out comprehensive demand generation programs, leveraging channels like digital marketing, events, email, ABM, and webinars, ensuring they are perfectly tailored to regional market nuances and specific buyer personas.
  • Champion Sales Alignment: Forge deep partnerships with regional sales leadership and SDR teams to define campaign priorities, refine lead handoff processes, and provide essential enablement resources for impactful pre- and post-engagement activities.
  • Optimise Performance with Data: Relentlessly track and analyze campaign effectiveness and funnel metrics (MQLs, SALs, pipeline contribution, ROI). Use these insights to iterate, improve, and provide transparent, regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Activate the Local Market: Plan and manage field events, sponsorships, executive engagements, and third-party collaborations to increase regional influence and deepen engagement within target accounts.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with central corporate marketing, product marketing, digital teams, content creators, and partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize the reach and impact of regional programs.
  • Build Partner Success: Collaborate closely with channel partners to co-create and execute joint marketing programs that drive shared pipeline opportunities and engage end-users effectively.
  • Master Marketing Operations: Manage campaign setup and execution within Salesforce.com (SFDC), ensuring meticulous lead import, follow-up, and tracking. Monitor and update internal calendars and project management tools (like Asana) as needed.
  • Streamline Processes: Identify opportunities to build automation and improve processes within the Field & Channel Marketing team to enhance output and efficiency for yourself and your stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring: Essential Experience & Skills

To thrive in this role and deliver significant results, you should have:

  • Proven Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing roles, ideally within fast-growing SaaS environments, with a strong preference for cybersecurity or related tech.
  • Pipeline Power: Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline directly contributing to sales targets at a regional or segment level.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: A deep understanding of all stages of the demand generation funnel, from building awareness to driving conversions, and how to effectively measure the impact of each stage.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Practical, hands-on experience with core marketing technologies, including Salesforce, a Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clearly communicate marketing performance to diverse audiences.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships, especially with sales teams and partners.
  • Agile & Action-Oriented: The ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, possessing a strong bias for action and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Operational Savvy: Solid knowledge of marketing operations and how to collaborate effectively across different marketing functions (FCM, Corporate, Product, etc.).
  • Partner Collaboration: Experience in building and nurturing successful marketing relationships with both sales teams and channel partners.

Bonus Points: Valuable Experience

While not strictly required, candidates with the following experience will stand out:

  • Prior experience within the cybersecurity sector or related technology domains.
  • Familiarity with developing and using marketing performance dashboards and building ROI models.
  • Experience launching integrated co-marketing initiatives with technology or channel partners.
  • Understanding of the specific cultural and market nuances within the BENELUX region.
