The Opportunity: Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you won’t just fill positions; you’ll be a strategic partner in building the exceptional teams that drive our innovation, with a specific focus on securing top talent within our key technical and infrastructure domains, including Datacenter and core engineering roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying needs to closing offers, deeply understanding the skills required and the nuances of the markets you support.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:
- Proactively Source & Develop Talent Pipelines: Identify, engage, and nurture pools of exceptional candidates for immediate and future hiring needs across various functions and geographies. Leverage market intelligence and data to anticipate talent demands.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their workforce requirements and provide expert talent acquisition solutions. Deliver regular, data-driven updates on hiring progress and challenges.
- Champion an Outstanding Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interacting with Nebius has a positive, respectful, and informative journey. Oversee candidate communications and feedback processes, ensuring quality and relevance.
- Maintain Data Integrity & Process Excellence: Drive high standards for data accuracy and completeness within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Work with TA leadership to optimize processes and reporting.
- Lead Effective Search Kick-offs: Organize and facilitate detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, clarifying role requirements, defining screening criteria, and providing valuable market insights.
- Develop & Execute Sourcing Strategies: Partner with hiring teams to design and implement tailored sourcing plans, set timelines, and structure efficient interview processes.
- Conduct Expert Candidate Assessment: Perform thorough candidate screening calls to effectively validate skills and competencies against specific role requirements.
- Craft Engaging Job Postings: Write compelling and informative job descriptions that accurately reflect roles and attract top-tier talent.
- Navigate Offer Negotiations: Manage the offer process, skillfully negotiate terms, and secure candidate acceptance, seeking guidance when needed.
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion: Actively champion D&I throughout the hiring process, implementing strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce representative of the markets we operate in.
- Leverage Technology & Innovation: Collaborate on the adoption and effective use of recruitment technologies and explore innovative sourcing techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor Performance & Analyze Data: Track key recruitment KPIs and metrics. Utilize ATS data to monitor pipeline health and progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere to global talent acquisition best practices, legal requirements, and industry standards, staying informed on relevant laws and market trends.
What You’ll Bring to Nebius
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with:
- A track record of success, typically gained over 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven expertise in hiring for specialized technical domains, particularly within Datacenter infrastructure, hardware, or other mission-critical technical roles. Experience recruiting for software engineers, SREs, product managers, etc., is highly valued.
- Significant experience hiring within the U.S. market and ideally some exposure to global recruitment contexts.
- Solid experience managing high-volume requisitions within an in-house talent acquisition function, preferably in a scaling or mid-sized technology company.
- A results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on consistently filling open positions.
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal), with the ability to effectively engage candidates and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies/platforms.
- A deep commitment to Diversity & Inclusion with demonstrable experience integrating D&I into hiring practices.
- Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
