As a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> focusing on <strong>Data Clean Rooms</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of <strong>data collaboration</strong>. You will work hand-in-hand with a dynamic <strong>cross-functional team</strong>, including world-class engineers, insightful data scientists, strategic marketers, and customer-focused sales professionals, to build and deliver innovative applications that directly address the evolving needs of our global customer base.

What You’ll Drive as Senior Product Manager, Data Clean Rooms:

<strong>Shape the Application Strategy:</strong> Define and execute the application strategy for <strong>data collaboration</strong> on Snowflake, ensuring a seamless and integrated experience with Snowflake’s core features.

<strong>Own Product Success Metrics:</strong> Take full ownership of key <strong>product metrics</strong>, from adoption rates to ultimately driving revenue growth for <strong>Data Clean Rooms</strong>.

<strong>Lead Executive Communication:</strong> Prepare and lead regular business reviews with senior leadership across the company, articulating strategy, progress, and future vision.

<strong>Engage with Customers:</strong> Present the product strategy, roadmap, and key use cases for <strong>Data Clean Rooms</strong> directly to customer executives, building trust and understanding.

<strong>Define the Long-Term Vision:</strong> Collaborate closely with fellow <strong>Product Managers</strong> to refine and articulate a compelling 3-5 year vision for the <strong>Data Clean Rooms</strong> offering.</gt;/p</p>

<strong>Partner with Engineering:</strong> Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering leadership to prioritize major initiatives (“big boulders”) and individual features, guiding the development process.

<strong>Incubate Future Innovations:</strong> Identify, explore, and validate disruptive ideas and “big bets” that can further revolutionize <strong>data collaboration</strong> and <strong>privacy-preserving analytics</strong>.

<strong>Become a Subject Matter Expert:</strong> Deeply understand and become an expert across various facets of <strong>Data Clean Rooms</strong>, including <strong>privacy features</strong>, user experiences (for developers and business users), <strong>data engineering</strong>, and the integration of <strong>AI/ML</strong> within collaborative workflows.

<strong>Analyze Market Trends:</strong> Continuously monitor competitive and market dynamics to inform strategic investment decisions and optimize addressable market opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our ideal <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> possesses:

<strong>Extensive Product Leadership Experience:</strong> 5+ years of proven experience building, launching, and scaling software products, including leadership or mentorship of other <strong>product managers</strong>.

<strong>Technical Familiarity:</strong> Strong working knowledge of <strong>SQL</strong> and <strong>Python</strong>.

<strong>Industry Acumen:</strong> Significant familiarity with the <strong>marketing</strong> and <strong>advertising</strong> industries, where <strong>data collaboration</strong> is paramount.

<strong>Snowflake Platform Knowledge:</strong> A deep understanding of the <strong>Snowflake platform</strong> and its core capabilities.

<strong>Experience with Data Tools:</strong> Prior experience building or delivering tools and platforms specifically for <strong>data engineers</strong>, <strong>data scientists</strong>, or developers.

<strong>Executive Communication Skills:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence at the executive level.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $195,000 – $287,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
