Your Opportunity: Crafting Experiences for a Tech Innovator

We’re seeking a talented and dynamic UX Writer to join a pivotal project with one of our leading technology clients. This isn’t just *any* tech client; they are a complex, innovative brand at the forefront of revolutionising their industry through unconventional and creative approaches. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience for a critical product within the APAC market.

As our UX Writer, you will be deeply embedded within the client’s product team, working alongside UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers. Your mission is to enhance product experiences in the APAC market through clear, intuitive, and engaging text. You’re also a skilled Content Strategist, comfortable defining product vision and narratives across multiple platforms and user touch points. You are a natural problem solver, open to multiple perspectives, and thrive on bringing fresh, innovative ideas based on the latest trends.

What You’ll Do: Shape the Narrative

Own the Copy: Independently manage and deliver all English UX copy for key product areas, such as the driver application (based on original JD – clarify if different).

Collaborate Closely: Partner seamlessly with the design and research team, product managers, project managers, engineers, and also integrate with the client’s marketing, branding, and creative functions.

Craft Engaging Text: Drive dynamic ideas and connect with diverse users through clear and concise copy across all UI elements – including page copy, labels, navigation, headings, notifications, and more.

Localize with Nuance: Write engaging UX copy in English and potentially local languages, demonstrating a strong understanding of local market nuances for the APAC audience.

Solve Complex Challenges: Craft content solutions for intricate legal, compliance, and engineering requirements.

Build Standards: Document and maintain writing and style guidelines, word lists, and strategic principles to ensure consistency.

Innovate & Improve: Initiate and execute UX writing projects, identify efficiencies, and provide insightful feedback to the team in a fast-paced working environment.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise & Skills

You are an accomplished UX Writer with a proven track record of crafting exceptional user experiences. Your background likely includes:

Experience: At least 5+ years of dedicated UX writing experience, ideally gained within a marketing agency, delivery/logistics services firm, or a hyper-growth technology environment.

Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading large, complex content strategies for diverse user experiences, from structuring UI content to perfecting notifications.

Commitment to Quality: A strong commitment to delivering work of the highest quality, coupled with the ability to build frameworks and guidelines that ensure consistency across products.

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to act as a design ambassador for the importance of clear copy.

Tool Proficiency: Comfortable working with design tools like Figma.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
