Your Role: The Guardian of Detail

We are seeking a Junior Designer who possesses an almost *obsessive* eye for detail and a commitment to achieving pixel perfection. You won’t just be executing; you’ll be transforming initial concepts, rough wireframes, and established brand guidelines into stunning, production-ready assets. If you naturally spot alignment inconsistencies from across the room, lose sleep over margins that are off by *just one pixel*, and take quiet pride in perfectly clean kerning and balanced layouts, we’re eager to connect with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating creative briefs and basic wireframes into polished, high-converting Amazon listing images and dynamic advertising assets.
• Taking ownership of packaging design finalization, adaptation, and maintenance across a diverse range of products (powders, capsules, pouches, bottles) and brand variations.
• Maintaining and evolving our design systems and templates to ensure consistency across all Amazon storefront visuals.
• Preparing accurate, print-ready design files, ensuring they meet all technical specifications. (Bonus points if you’re adept at handling dielines, layers, and other print-specific requirements from the get-go!).
• Contributing your design flair to Amazon A+ Content, digital ad campaigns, and other essential branded visuals as needed.

What Makes You the Ideal Fit

• An eagle eye and relentless attention to visual detail, including layout, alignment, spacing, and typography.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Canva, particularly in developing and utilizing templates for efficient Amazon workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, essential for professional print preparation, packaging design, and working with technical files like dielines.
• Familiarity with Midjourney or other AI design tools is a nice-to-have, but not a strict requirement.
• Exceptional organizational skills; you thrive on keeping digital file libraries, typographies, and assets tidy, well-managed, and easily accessible.
• The ability to take direction, run with concepts independently, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time without the need for constant oversight.
• You’re a self-starter motivated by the desire to refine, optimize templates, and ensure every line weight, spacing, and element is perfectly aligned and balanced.
