About the Opportunity: Lead Revenue Operations
This is a pivotal leadership role where you won’t just manage; you’ll build. As our Head of Revenue Operations, reporting directly to the CRO, you will be the architect and driver of our entire RevOps function. You’ll act as a strategic player-coach, leading efforts to measure business performance, identify critical opportunity areas, and then design, implement, and iterate on solutions. You’ll own high-impact initiatives, from optimizing our deal flow to shaping sales strategy and analysis. This role demands significant cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders across AcuityMD.
What You’ll Do: Shape & Scale Our Revenue Engine
Architect & Scale RevOps: Define the vision and roadmap for the function. Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
Drive Performance Insight: Establish and monitor key KPIs across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services. Conduct deep analysis to generate actionable insights and partner cross-functionally to improve overall business performance.
Optimize the Deal Lifecycle: Oversee all operational aspects of the deal desk and transaction lifecycle, including contract review and pricing approvals. Drive standardization and automation within our sales process.
Master the GTM Tech Stack: Take ownership of our critical GTM tech stack, including Hubspot, Gong, Seismic, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc. Develop processes to ensure data integrity and optimal utilization of every tool.
Establish Operational Cadence: Lead key commercial planning and operating rhythms, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), weekly team meetings, pipeline reviews, and contribute to the budgeting process.
Manage Variable Compensation: Oversee the accurate calculation and processing of commissions and bonuses. Assist in the design and management of compensation plans and evaluate/implement automated solutions.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
A seasoned professional with 6+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles.
Proven leadership with 5+ years of people management experience, building and coaching successful teams.
A deep understanding of the strategy and operational mechanics of core GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services).
Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce.
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Google Sheets/Slides and Microsoft Excel, coupled with a robust data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex information clearly and effectively to senior leaders.
Demonstrated strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills.
Comfort and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong bias for action.
Prior experience within a venture-backed B2B SaaS startup is highly valued.
Willingness to travel domestically approximately 4 times per year for company events.
A Bachelor’s degree.

Location & Eligibility
This is a full-time remote position based in the USA or Canada. You must possess an eligible work permit for either the USA or Canada to be considered for this role.
