The Opportunity: Senior/Lead Power Apps Developer

Are you a seasoned Power Apps Developer with a passion for transforming business processes through low-code/no-code solutions? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior/Lead Power Apps Developer, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-impact automation and process optimization initiatives for a key client. This is your chance to leverage your deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to build innovative solutions that drive efficiency and unlock potential.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing strategic automation visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

Actively contributing to strategic discussions regarding the automation roadmap, project planning, and deliverable sequencing with diverse stakeholders.

Leading and participating in the development and automation of projects within an Agile (Sprint) methodology.

Engaging fully in Sprint planning, review sessions, and other essential Scrum ceremonies.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project status, deliverable tracking, and key discussions within Azure DevOps (ADO).

Proactively identifying and envisioning new automation opportunities through insightful data analysis and business process understanding.

Fostering strong cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration with stakeholders located in both Europe and the USA.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in the Microsoft Power Platform.

Minimum of 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on Power Apps Development.

A solid 3+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript.

Extensive experience across the entire Power Platform suite, including Power Apps (both Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Portal.

Demonstrated experience working with Dataverse.

Proficiency in SQL knowledge.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with business and technical teams globally.
