We’re experiencing rapid growth and are searching for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This is a key role where you’ll help bring the Fundd brand story to life across various channels. We offer flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available, focused purely on delivering results. Please note, this is a salaried position and should be your primary employment; we are not seeking agency support.

The Opportunity

As our in-house Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our small, agile team. You’ll work closely with a Director and our tech-savvy Operations Manager (who currently handles some digital tasks but is keen to hand over the marketing reins!). You’ll also provide direct marketing support to our network of brokers, helping them connect with their local communities.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy, focusing on digital and direct channels. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Leading the growth and management of our LinkedIn presence, making it a priority channel.
  • Optimising and maintaining our Google My Business listings to enhance local discoverability.
  • Designing, building, and running effective email campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
  • Creating and posting engaging content on Facebook and Instagram to build community.
  • Coordinating outbound SMS campaigns, ideally leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
  • Supporting traditional marketing efforts like direct mail, local sponsorships, and broker-specific initiatives.
  • Assisting with the creation and editing of simple video content for social media platforms.
  • Providing tailored marketing support and basic graphic design (using tools like Canva) directly to individual brokers.
  • Jumping in on other diverse marketing projects as needed.
  • Liaising with overseas contractors for specialised tasks when necessary.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled individual ready to make an impact. You’ll likely thrive if you possess:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and confidently for an Australian audience, balancing a casual yet sharp tone.
  • Hands-on experience with core marketing platforms and tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, ActiveCampaign, LinkedIn, and other similar systems.
  • The capability to create and edit simple video content using accessible tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Express).
  • A strong ability to be self-managed, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote work environment.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or digital coordination role.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

  • Experience within the mortgage broking, financial services, or a similar fast-growing industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO or basic content optimisation principles.
  • Familiarity with website platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
