Strategic IT Sourcing – Senior Lead

This influential position reports directly to Xplor’s VP of Global Procurement. We’re seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and exceptionally organized problem solver with a knack for clear communication and effective business partnering. Your mission? To drive significant cost improvements while building robust supplier relationships that strategically support and fuel Xplor’s expansion.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

As our Strategic IT Sourcing – Senior Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our procurement landscape. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of activities focused on optimizing our technology spend and supplier interactions:

• Overseeing the seamless integration and management of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system in partnership with the AP team.
• Generating insightful spend analysis reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Championing initiatives to achieve significant cost reduction, ensuring our sourcing strategies align with business support and growth objectives.
• Leading the entire supplier engagement lifecycle, from initial concept and scope definition through RFP execution, negotiation, awarding, contract execution, and successful supplier migration/implementation.
• Developing and maintaining a clear pipeline of savings opportunities, documenting priorities and crafting a strategic sourcing roadmap.
• Tracking and reporting on savings achievements, synchronizing data with Finance for accurate forecasting.
• Providing key reporting on KPIs, preferred supplier adoption, exception tracking, and business partner performance.
• Ensuring rigorous compliance with Xplor policies and standards, including contract terms and conditions, proper approvals, and engagement with legal counsel where necessary.
• Monitoring adherence to commercial agreements and maintaining accurate records within our contract repository.

Salary & Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $100,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
