The Opportunity: What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Designer on the TwoTwenty team, you will be at the forefront of identifying future trends and translating them into tangible product experiences. You will:

• Be a key driver in identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology and market trends to spot new disruption and innovation opportunities.
• Lead new strategic investigations and product concept development in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Envision and prototype delightful, world-class products, setting a high bar for product excellence and paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering and Product Management within TwoTwenty to develop high-impact, user-centric solutions.
• Partner closely with engineers to iterate rapidly and ship high-quality, impactful products.
• Champion and elevate the level of product design execution across the team and beyond.

What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a seasoned and visionary Product Designer who is passionate about building the future. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 8+ years of impactful Product Design experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A proven track record of successfully envisioning, building, and shipping 0-1 digital products in deep partnership with Product Management and Engineering.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design craft and design leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and the problems they solve to diverse audiences.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the quality and success of the product.
• A team player mindset with proven ability to collaborate effectively and bring cross-functional partners along the journey.
• High levels of self-awareness, independence, and accountability, coupled with a strong growth mindset.

Work Model & Location

This position is remote-friendly within the U.S., operating under our PinFlex model which balances remote work with purposeful in-person collaboration. While you can be situated anywhere in the country, this role requires occasional in-person collaboration sessions, typically 1-2 times every six months in one of our offices. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. You must reside within the United States to be eligible.

Compensation & Benefits

We are committed to transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is $174,071—$358,072 USD. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for equity compensation. Final compensation is determined based on various factors including location, relevant experience, specific skills, and expertise.
