What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

In this role, you will be at the heart of creating seamless event travel experiences. Your key responsibilities include orchestrating comprehensive group travel plans, meticulously researching and recommending ideal destinations, venues, transportation, and accommodation options, and developing customized travel packages and detailed itineraries. You’ll engage directly with clients to understand their needs, ensure accurate and timely bookings using our platforms, and build strong relationships through exceptional service. Staying informed on the latest travel industry trends, supplier promotions, and event best practices is also crucial to your success.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and stellar communication skills. You should be comfortable with technology and eager to learn our booking platforms (comprehensive training provided!). A genuine passion for travel and events is essential, along with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently from your remote location. You must have a reliable computer and internet connection and be at least 18 years old. While not mandatory, any prior experience in customer service or event planning is a wonderful bonus!
