About the Role

As a Healthcare Data Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely access to essential medical records. Working remotely, you’ll be on the front lines of our operations, processing requests and providing vital status updates to external partners. This is a dynamic, high-volume environment where efficiency and accuracy are key to supporting our mission.

What You’ll Contribute

Drive the timely processing of a high volume of medical record requests, operating efficiently within our dynamic production environment.

Provide exceptional support by expertly managing inbound calls from patients, insurance providers, and legal teams, delivering clear and precise status updates.

Maintain meticulous records by accurately documenting all request details and communications across various digital systems, leveraging the efficiency of a dual-monitor setup.

Apply your proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to support essential administrative and data management tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Experience or comfort working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone interactions professionally and empathetically.

Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

The ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously, including working with dual monitors.

A reliable setup for remote work, including a stable internet connection.

Work Details

Location: This is a fully remote position.

Schedule: This is a full-time role. We offer flexibility with schedule options, including standard Monday-Friday 8-hour days or a compressed four 10-hour day work week.

Compensation

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $15.00 – $18.32 USD. Please note that actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, relevant skills, experience, and the specific responsibilities of the role.
