Account Manager

Your Mission: Championing Enterprise Client Success & Growth

As an Account Manager at Vibe, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll be the strategic partner driving the success and growth of our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for orchestrating high-performing programmatic advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal results through rigorous data analysis and optimization. More than that, you will proactively identify and seize opportunities to expand budgets, increase platform usage, and contribute significantly to our revenue targets.

This is a role for someone who thrives on managing large, complex accounts, is passionate about diving deep into performance data, and is ready to take full ownership of client outcomes and revenue goals.

Your Impact: Driving Performance & Strategic Partnerships

As an Account Manager, your daily work directly shapes the success of our key clients and contributes to Vibe’s ambitious growth. You will:

Champion Client Performance & Optimization
  • Manage the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of sophisticated programmatic advertising campaigns for your assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data with a critical eye, uncovering key insights to inform optimization strategies and drive maximum ROI for clients.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients, acting as a strategic advisor on their streaming advertising journey.
Cultivate Strategic Partnerships & Account Growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, leading onboarding, developing initial campaign strategies, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within your client portfolio, strategically expanding budgets, increasing campaign scope, and introducing new Vibe solutions to drive revenue.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise clients through regular communication and performance reviews.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to align on account strategy, contributing directly to high client retention and substantial account expansion.
Provide Expertise & Solve Complex Challenges
  • Act as a trusted product expert, advising clients and internal teams on best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex campaign performance issues or platform anomalies, collaborating with internal teams for timely and effective resolution.

What You’ll Bring: Your Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in programmatic advertising, ideally working with app clients.
  • Programmatic Expertise: Hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, with a significant plus for experience in CTV (Connected TV) environments.
  • Analytical Prowess: You are highly analytical and data-driven, capable of conducting deep dives into campaign performance data to extract meaningful insights and inform strategy.
  • Exceptional Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to confidently present results, provide strategic recommendations, and effectively discuss commercial opportunities with clients.
  • Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can independently manage a complex client portfolio with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You are a natural problem-solver, technically savvy, enjoy investigating issues (including platform bugs), and excel at finding solutions to complex challenges.
