Optimizing the User Experience Journey

Dive deep into our application’s workflows to identify and eliminate points of friction. Your goal is to craft a seamless, intuitive, and highly efficient User Experience that delights our users from start to finish.

Generating Creative Promotion Strategies

Brainstorm and propose innovative ways to showcase our application’s powerful features and tangible benefits to a wider audience. Help us tell our story effectively and attract new users.

Designing Intuitive Interfaces for the Factory Floor

This is a signature challenge of this role. You will focus on refining and compacting our User Interface specifically for mechanics on the factory floor. Design solutions that are robust, incredibly easy to use, and efficient, even in demanding environments – think truly “mechanic-proof” design.

Your Design Prowess

You are an accomplished UI/UX Designer with a compelling portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems with user-centric design. You are highly proficient with design tools like Figma or your preferred weapon of choice.

Your Independent Drive

You are a natural self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and running with project briefs independently. You’re proactive in asking insightful questions, challenging assumptions constructively, and pushing for the best possible outcome.

Your Collaborative Spirit

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate your design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with our remote team members.

Valuable Experience

Experience designing for B2B/SaaS products is a significant advantage and will help you hit the ground running.
