Job Description

Pricing & Packaging Analyst

Become a Strategic Data Partner in Pricing & Packaging

We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Data Analyst to join our team, specifically focused on our critical Pricing & Packaging strategies. In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll be a pivotal strategic thought partner, using data-driven insights to directly influence decisions that optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to dive deep into how we price and package our products to meet market demands and fuel business growth. You will be instrumental in analyzing the effectiveness of existing strategies, identifying opportunities for optimization, and providing the data foundation for future pricing and packaging initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Pricing & Packaging and key stakeholders, you’ll evaluate performance, uncover actionable insights, and communicate your findings across various levels of the organization.

What You’ll Drive

Key Responsibilities

As our Pricing & Packaging Analyst, you will:

Define and measure critical Pricing & Packaging KPIs that provide actionable insights for business growth and success measurement.

Act as a primary strategic thought partner to our product and business teams, proactively contributing data insights to refine and develop our pricing and packaging strategy.

Analyze the impact of pricing changes and strategies on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, product mix, revenue, gross margin, customer lifetime value (LTV), and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to drive optimization.

Develop sophisticated pricing models and analytical tools to support data-driven decisions throughout the pricing lifecycle.

Transform complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights through expert data analysis and visualization techniques.

Build and maintain essential self-service dashboards (using Sigma) that provide visibility into pricing and packaging performance across the organization.

Generate deep insights into packaging performance, analyzing sales trends by bundle, identifying churn drivers for new offerings, and recommending data-backed improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a significant portion focused specifically within a Pricing & Packaging or related strategy function.

Deep SQL proficiency for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large, complex datasets.

Proven ability to apply advanced analytical techniques including behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing), and potentially predictive modeling.

Expert-level skills in data visualization, creating impactful dashboards and reports that clearly communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.

Strong track record of translating complex data insights into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated experience owning and driving analytical projects from concept through to successful, impactful delivery, managing timelines and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with data visualization or Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Sigma.

Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Pendo.

Qualities We Value:

Beyond the technical skills, you are an inherently curious, highly analytical, and strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You are a proactive self-starter with a demonstrated bias for action, capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and consistently delivering valuable, insightful recommendations.

Location & Reporting

This is a remote position based in Brazil or Mexico. You will report to the Director of Data & Insights.
